The Distance Selling Directive
The European Commission has issued the “Distance Selling Directive”, which applies to business-to-consumer contracts and is intended to protect online shoppers. We have always fully conformed with this directive, but we would like to briefly state the key-points of your rights as a consumer.

Returns Policy and Order Cancellation
When you place an order with us, a contract is formed which obligates us to supply the goods you have ordered within the time stated. If when the goods arrive you feel that there is a problem with the quality or you feel that they are not exactly as described then please notify us immediately and you’ll be able return them for a full refund. You must do this within seven days to the Returns Address shown on the ‘Contact’ page of our website. You also have a Right to cancel your order within seven days of placing your order. We offer a full refund for all returns providing the goods are returned with the original packaging intact and unopened and in the condition they were supplied. We will charge a ‘restocking fee’ of 7.5% of the purchase price of the goods on all cancelled orders. We do not refund the return postage costs unless the reason for the return relates to the quality or our description of the goods.

VAT
VAT at the rate of 20% is included in the price of all our goods. A VAT invoice can be supplied on request to enable you to reclaim this tax if you are eligible to do so. Our VAT Registration Number is: GB 903 7717 24

Credit Card Security
We take Credit Card security very seriously that’s why we have entrusted WorldPay to handle your credit card transaction on our behalf. WorldPay is member of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group so you can be assured of 100% security at all times. All transactions are encrypted and we do not save your credit card details on our servers, in fact, we don’t have access to credit card details at all.

Privacy Policy
We hate ‘spam’ and ‘junk mail’ ourselves so we guarantee not pass your details onto any third parties whatsoever. We hold your details purely for the purposes of trading with us and we promise to remove your details from our system at your request at any time.
